Confidentiality agreement

The undersigned of this declaration is employed by, or contracted by, one of the participating parties of the Safety & Security Network Hello Zuidas. The main goal of this platform is the mutual exchange of information among the various participating security organizations.

The aforementioned exchange of information takes place during safety meetings, via email, phone, and WhatsApp group(s). By signing this declaration, the undersigned agrees to handle the information shared by participants of the Safety & Security Network confidentially. The undersigned will use this information solely for its intended purpose: improving safety and livability in the Zuidas area.

The undersigned will not distribute or copy the received information.

Hello Zuidas stores your data to enable the exchange of information, for as long as you are employed in this role and affiliated with the Safety & Security Network and/or WhatsApp group(s) and email information exchange.

Hello Zuidas will terminate your confidentiality agreement, and your participation in the information exchange, upon your written or email request. Hello Zuidas will also delete your data upon termination of your employment. Therefore, we kindly ask that you inform us when your employment ends or if your role changes.
